The room is more comfortatble.

All in all great value. High quality hip new hotel, good home base for holiday. Absolutely perfect location to restaurant checked in signed the voucher before getting breakfast which was boring with great views. And so close to Baclaran and other malls as well as shopping center. Brand-new and neat rooms, comfy beds.

Request room service early in the morning. It's a great way to refresh after a long flight.

Excellent location although the traffic was somewhat crazy

First room I had someone had smoked in there. The staff sent someone up with an air freshener. For someone with allergies like me, that would not have sufficed. If there is a doubt change out the room. I recommend getting the previous renter and charging them for the smoke cleaning.

Overall the stay was great, I would stay there again.

The casino was kind to me! I won enough to cover the bill :)

Heritage Hotel by the reception staff did not properly close the accounts of customers, as they make mistakes in calculating the costs of accommodation, repeat customer discount card through the credit to him, that he should repent the customer to stay with them.

excellent service but minor room maintenance issues

The staff were polite and attentive. I loved the efficient facilities with high-speed internet that worked flawlessly.

The room maintenance could use some improvement.

ease of getting taxi

The front desk staff was discourteous and didn't provide much information. the porters arranged to bring the bags up at their convenience not mine. I had to wait then ended up going and getting the bags from them on their "delivery route".

We ate at an amazing restaurant for Dinner. There was a clean bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. Its favourable, very central location was a plus.

Well-organised room, good beds. Nice decor of the room, reasonably good staff to on duty manager. Location not far from shopping, transport, airport, as well as everything-mall. 5 minutes walk from a prominent national shrine.

Incredibly affordable to stay ont he Club Floor. Outstanding breakfast in the cafe which was a second option. There is also a breakfast, and cocktail time in the Club lounge. Service is amazingly professional, friendly, and welcoming.
